- Q: How do I apply to SISC program?
- All applicants must be submitted by post or e-mail. You must supply a filled-out application form, official transcripts translated into English, certification of graduation, a statement of purpose, evidence of English proficiency, letter of conditional acceptance and at least two evaluation letters. Please note that you submit a letter of conditional acceptance from the professor of Graduate School of Science, showing that you can be accepted to his/her group if you pass the entrance examination.
- Q: What is the deadline for SISC aplication?
- Application will be considered once a year, for the April and October semesters, details of which can be found here. The application documents must be sent to the SISC office by the deadline.
- Q: Where can I expect an answer on my application?
- The admissions committee will start to review applications in December. As soon as a decision has been made, the Admissions Office or your provisional supervisor will notify you. Typically, the process takes anywhere from 2-3 months from the deadline for decisions to be communicated. If you have not heard from us regarding the status of your application, it is because a final decision has not been reached. We always communicate the final status to all applicants once the Admissions Committee has finalized their decision.
- Q: How many international students are accepted to SISC each year?
- We offer admission to international students every year. The entrance quota varies from year to year.
